Teen Gym Heroes

Fun fitness for teens in a safe and welcoming environment!

Suitable for youth aged 15+, this 6 week program is a fantastic introduction to gym fitness and healthy lifestyle habits. Guided by our passionate and qualified trainers, your teenager will enjoy this fun program.

  • 6 week program, commencing Wednesday, 16 October 2024
  • Wednesdays at 4.15pm, 45 minute sessions
  • $60 members, $80 non-members
  • Only 6 spaces available

Spring into Success

Spring is almost here. That means it is time to get out of the house and set yourself a fun, new fitness challenge!

Take part in our exciting 6-week Spring into Success challenge with our passionate trainers Carmel and Nancy, commencing Wednesday, 1 November 2023.

With only 8 spaces available, this specially tailored program will ensure that all participants achieve the results they want.

This program includes a body scan, regular check-ins and support with your instructor, as well as an individualised fitness program to suit you.
