Account statements will be sent to you monthly, at the end of school terms and at the end of school holidays. You can see your current balance and amounts due from the convenience of our parent app on your device.
You may pay any time by cash or card in person at the reception desk, or over the phone by credit card.
Your child’s place may be cancelled if your fees:

You may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) which may reduce your fees. Apply for this payment through your MyGov account. Please complete this process before your child attends their first session, otherwise full fees may apply.
To link your approved funding with your enrolment, every enrolment form must have your Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN) for parent and child, as well as the date of birth for the parent and child. If you don’t provide this information, full fees may apply.
If you choose not to apply for CCS, or you don’t meet the residency requirements, full fees may apply.

Fees may apply to late collections.
For your child’s safety and security, parents or authorised nominees must sign children in and out each day.

Cancellations for After School Care must be advised before 12 noon on the day of attendance otherwise cancellation fees will apply.
Children with special needs are welcome to attend the program. Please contact the Childcare Supervisor at least six weeks before your child will start attending the program so appropriate supervision can be arranged. HRCC staff will discuss our inclusion assessment procedure with you.
Children should bring a bag or backpack with:
- Appropriate clothing.
- Sneakers, or other comfortable, covered in shoes.
- Hat.

The weekly program is displayed in the OSHC room. Parents and caregivers are invited to input into program development, especially on multicultural issues, craft, excursions, and music. Any suggestions can be put into the Suggestions Box in the OSHC area or discussed directly with HRCC childcare staff.
If your child has food allergies or special dietary requirements, please ensure you note these on your enrolment form and discuss them with HRCC childcare staff.
Afternoon tea is provided on After School Care days. Children will often be involved in preparing and cooking snacks as part of the planned activity program. The weekly snack menu is displayed on the notice board just inside the OSHC room.
